Some grocery stores stock farm-raised fresh or frozen salmon. If you don’t have access to fresh or frozen salmon, you can find canned salmon on the same aisle as tuna in your grocery store. It provides the same protein and nutrients.
Looking for other ways to add salmon to your diet? Try some of these ideas:
- Use canned salmon instead of tuna in your tuna salad.
- Add canned salmon to your fresh garden salad.
- Grill or bake herb-seasoned fillets with vegetables.
